Our Vision and purpose
To offer our facilities and services that adds value to all of the Crowland community directly or through our partner organisations.
How we will achieve this
We will promote and have specific focus on the education of our Community, share our services, focus on creativity, personal learning, recreation, leisure and social events for the Crowland Community that promote welfare and social interaction.
Our people

Our Trustees have a wealth of experiences from many years serving in multiple industries and sectors.
Our volunteers are predominantly local Crowland residents who want to give back to their community.
Our Governance
​
As Trustees we meet 4 times a year to govern the work of the Community Hub and our shop.
Our Development Group focuses on forward planning activities and related projects.

Our systems are basic but are under review
Our Finances
​
We receive an annual grant from Lincolnshire Council and generate funds through our shop – Togs n Cloggs and through hiring our facilities and fundraising. We are a cash strong charity and are looking to support local organisations.

• Improve the environments at the Library & Togs n Cloggs
•Increase our visitors to the Library and shop with improved and timely marketing
• Increased levels of Digital Literacy/ IT usage in Crowland
• Continue our plans with Southview School to enhance the learning of all year groups
• Introduce a new family Christmas event to the hub
• Launch a Hub and Shop You Tube Channel
